At your complimentary consultation appointment we will discuss your concerns, treatment options, the evaluation process, payment options and anything else on your mind. We're here to help! 

During the consultation appointment we will create a plan for evaluation and treatment as well as schedule your first appointment. Afterwards we will send your new patient paperwork.
