Social Skills Groups
Our social skills groups, designed for all ages, use the award-winning Social Thinking curriculum to help individuals build essential communication and social interaction skills. Through engaging activities and guided discussions, participants have opportunities to practice expressing themselves, understanding social cues, and building meaningful relationships. By focusing on the foundations of empathy, self-awareness, and respect, our groups provide a supportive environment where lasting friendships can thrive. Treatment Frequency
Frequency and duration can change each time the group is offered. Summer intensives are every day for 2 weeks, regular groups are once or twice a week. Sign up for the news letter for all the details on our next group.
Telehealth
This service is offered in person only to allow for interactions with peers. If you feel telehealth social skills lessons would be a good fit for your child consider individual speech therapy.
Requirements
Parents are always welcome but not expected to stay for social skills groups. As the social skills curriculum develops students often thrive with some independence to interact with peers.
